Ogilvy’s 2026 Shake-Up: Lyndsey Corona Named New U.S. CEO

Ogilvy has announced a major leadership shift with the appointment of Lyndsey Corona as Chief Executive Officer for the U.S., effective January 1. In her new role, she will oversee the agency’s operations across New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., and California, guiding its Advertising, PR, Social & Influence, Customer Experience, and Consulting capabilities. Corona will also act as the executive sponsor for the agency’s Verizon relationship, collaborating closely with global CEO Laurent Ezekiel to accelerate growth, deepen client value, and nurture Ogilvy’s renowned creative talent.

Laurent Ezekiel expressed strong confidence in Corona’s strategic leadership, noting her ability to meaningfully connect with clients and lead integrated teams that deliver ideas with real business impact. He emphasized that her entrepreneurial mindset and diverse background across agencies, holding companies, and startups uniquely position her to drive Ogilvy into its next chapter of innovation and growth. Corona echoed this enthusiasm, reinforcing the power of Ogilvy’s integrated creative model and her commitment to partnering with teams nationwide to create meaningful value for clients.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Corona brings a proven track record in revenue growth, brand leadership, and agency transformation. Before joining WPP earlier this year, she served as President & Partner at Slap Global, leading the agency through landmark AOR wins and consecutive “Agency of the Year” honors. Her earlier leadership roles at McCann, TBWA, Forsman & Bodenfors U.S., The&Partnership, and 215/McCann further highlight her influence across global brands including McDonald’s, Microsoft, PUMA, and Pernod Ricard. Her appointment marks a significant milestone for Ogilvy as it aims to sharpen its competitive edge and strengthen its U.S. presence.
